Apple has announced that it is seeking to fix a relatively strange malfunction in operating system updates that will be introduced later to its new phone in the market days before the "iPhone X".
Some of the controversial phone users complained that he would stop working in the cold weather as soon as they left their homes.
"I noticed that my phone screen did not respond to the touch as soon as I took a step outside the house, and it took two seconds to get out of the house to the cold weather until the screen stopped working," said a Redet user.
"We are aware that the iPhone X screen becomes temporarily touch-sensitive after a sudden change to a cool environment, and a few minutes later the screen returns to work again, which will be fixed in future OS updates," the company said in a statement.
"High or low temperatures can cause a change in phone behavior or temperature, and using our own device in very cold conditions can shorten the life of the battery or close the device," according to Apple's instructions.
